Lucy Berrisford MARLA
Branch Manager
Lucy has worked within the property industry locally for over a decade and came to join Marble as our Branch Manager in 2022. Having worked her way up through every position within Estate Agency and Lettings, there’s nothing she can’t help with. With a passion for excellent customer service and experience within both the corporate and independent estate/letting agency worlds, Lucy has been a fantastic addition to the team! Her approach to management is extremely customer service and staff experience focused. Her main goal when joining Marble was to ensure that we offer the highest quality service around and have a team of experienced experts in place to go above and beyond for each and every one of our customers.

A talented land finder and project manager for residential schemes, Kirsty has a history in residential estate agency and the property development industry in the East Midlands. In that time, she has successfully introduced opportunities to developers and contributed to their success and profitability. Outside of the property industry, Kirsty has had a successful career in Sales & Marketing Management with a variety of PLC’s and household names.
Donna Rogers
Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Donna joined us in June 2023 having previously gained an abundance of experience working with a corporate estate agent. She’s a lovely lady and an extremely talented negotiator and property valuer who truly believes in always giving her honest expert opinion at each of her appraisals. Donna is proving a fantastic asset to team marble with her 'can do' attitude and passion for providing the best service possible to each of our clients.
Georgiana Peers
Sales Negotiator
Georgie has an abundance of experience within the industry having previously worked with both independent and corporate agents. Like many of the team, she wanted to step away from corporate agents where she felt that customers were ‘just a number’ and made the decision to find an agent who has the same high standards and customer focused approach as herself. She joined us in April 2024 and has excelled within her position as Sales Negotiator ever since. With her sunny personality and determination to always go above and beyond for each and every one of her customers, we’re so pleased she chose to join our team!
Annabel Humphreys

Annabel has certainly taken the local lettings market by storm and is doing an incredible job within her role as our Lettings Negotiator. Annabel joined us with a number of years experience within the industry, but it was her wonderful personality and attention to detail that shone through to prove she was the perfect fit for our team. Since joining, we’ve had a huge amount of fantastic reviews about her service from our many happy customers and she’s always on the lookout for anyone who may be looking for a new agent to work with. David Mowatt
Property Manager
David takes care of all things property maintenance and has over 25 years experience in the industry! His motto is to always care for each of our properties like they’re his own and having previously been a landlord himself, you’re in VERY safe hands! Since joining us David has done a fantastic job and has also added value by developing a project management side to our business, repairing and improving properties on behalf of our Landlords. His thorough and caring approach to property management has made him a wonderful asset to our team.
Antonia Gell

Antonia is a friendly and approachable young lady who has has always had a keen interest in property. She lives locally in the village and wanted to study her apprenticeship with a reputable and professional local agent so chose to join team Marble in September 2024. She’s a fast learner and has already gained a mass of experience within the industry. With her professional and friendly approach to customer service along with her local area knowledge, she’s been a wonderful addition to our team and is doing amazingly within her apprenticeship so far!
Jane Askam
Accounts Manager
Jane joined the Marble team in March 2022 as our Accounts and Office Manager. She has over 30 years’ experience of accounts in both the professional and commercial arena. Out of the office, Jane is a keen gardener and loves nothing more than enjoying her home grown produce at the table. She also has a passion for brass bands and plays solo cornet with a band based in Derby.
Bill Shepherd
Domestic Energy Assessor
Bill has spent all of his previous working life in engineering both here in the UK and overseas. On his return to the UK he qualified as Domestic Energy Assessor, providing EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) and produce floorplans for the clients of the company. As part of a wider service to our clients he carries out Retrofit Assessments and Green Home Grant Inspections as well as offering Energy Saving Advice.
Bill and his wife enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, holidays in the sunshine and playing most sports and sailing whenever time allows.
Castle Donington girl, Laura, was an in-house member of the Marble team from 2016-2018, providing full support across all three departments. In 2019, she started her own business providing freelance commercial photography services, including drone photography and virtual tours. Laura has now been our sole photographer since 2020, showcasing properties and land in their best light for our vendors and landlords. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks with her dog and watching live music.

Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Michelle has worked in all aspects of Financial Services for over 20 years, and being a mortgage broker for 14 of those years, Michelle still loves every minute of the job. She loves helping people achieve their housing goals whether it’s a first time buyer and making their dreams come true, or a remortgage to save money. Mortgage advice doesn’t stop there, it’s also about helping people keep their home should anything serious happen, knowing that it gives them that peace of mind.
Victoria Warden
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Victoria has 21 years Financial Services experience, specialising in mortgages since 2007. Using her industry and local knowledge she is equipped to advise our buyers and vendors on their mortgage and protection options and tailor-make recommendations, assisting from initial agreement in principle through to completion.
