To report a maintenance issue out of hours please contact our office firstly by email, lettings@marbleproperty.co.uk.
When you report a maintenance issue please supply as much information as possible.
In relation to a faulty appliance, please provide the make, model number and photo/video evidence to help us speed up the repair and share the information with the landlord/contractor,
We will endeavour to reply to your enquiry on the next working day.
If your maintenance is an EMERGENCY and CANNOT WAIT until the next working day, please DO NOT contact our office in the first instance, but refer to the numbers listed below.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE EAST MIDLANDS AREA, the plumbing/heating/electrical/ drains and locksmith numbers will not apply. Should an issue arise, you may source your own contractor, but only if it is an EMERGENCY. Otherwise we would kindly request that you e-mail us with the issue and this will be responded to on the next working day.
Please be aware if our contractor is called and the issue reported is NOT classed as an emergency you may be liable for their invoice.
